Community

To know Christ and to make him known.

We believe we have Good News to share about God’s love and grace, about Jesus.

Much of this happens as we live out our lives day by day in our households, neighbourhoods and places of work.

And sometimes we organise activities or events, or partner with others, to support and help people in our community and beyond as signs of that love and grace.

Tuesdays in the Chapel

Jacob’s Well (10.00 – 11.30 am)

… has been held for a number of years on Tuesday mornings.

Community Space (1.00 – 5.00 pm)

… has evolved from a ‘warm space’ that we opened during the winter of 2022/23.

Feel free to drop in to either or both for refreshments and chat. (Children must be accompanied by parents or guardians.)

Churches Together

… enjoying good relationships with the Anglican and Methodist churches in Meltham, we work together to support and help our village.

Crossroads

… was started by Meltham Churches Together a few years ago and comprises a Charity Shop in the village centre, and the nearby Crossroads Centre. Both are staffed by volunteers, most of whom worship in local churches. The Centre gives free and confidential advice on things such as benefits and debt.

Pre-School
